How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send a secure link to reset your password. The same flow works on the web app.
How do online payments work?
Connect Stripe in Settings → Payments. When enabled, your invoice PDFs can include a Pay Online button. Clients pay through Stripe Checkout; successful payments update the invoice to Paid. Stripe fees apply per their pricing.
Can I use ezinv on web and iPhone with the same account?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on the iOS app and the web app. Your data syncs through your account—clients, invoices, and settings stay consistent.
Where is my data stored?
Account and app data are stored securely with our cloud provider using encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.
How do I export or delete my data?
Contact us at privacy@ezinv.app for data export or deletion requests. We’ll verify your identity and process requests in line with applicable laws.
Something isn’t working—what should I send in a support email?
Include your account email, app version (iOS Settings → ezinv or your browser for web), and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help us resolve things faster.
